1
Import the GLB
Open Blender and choose File, Import, glTF 2.0. Select the GLB and wait for its objects to appear in the Outliner. A GLB may include several separate meshes, lights or cameras; importing it does not mean every scene object belongs in the STL. Orbit around the model and identify the mesh objects you actually need.
2
Inspect geometry and scale
Select the intended mesh objects and check for disconnected pieces, gaps, paper-thin surfaces and unintended internal geometry. Use Blender's unit settings and object dimensions to decide how large the exported model should be. If you change object scale, apply it before export so the mesh and its displayed dimensions agree. Save a Blender project copy if you plan to repair the source geometry.
3
Export an STL and verify it
With the intended mesh objects selected, choose File, Export, STL. Enable the export option that limits output to the selection; its wording can vary by Blender version. Choose a filename and destination, then export. Import the resulting STL into a fresh Blender scene or your slicer to check orientation, dimensions and whether all required pieces survived. A successful export alone does not establish that the mesh is printable.
